THE STUDIO IS 4 YEARS OLD!
We celebrated with a beautiful day at the studio, hosting 17 back-to-back classes. The support was incredible—so many people came through to train, sweat, laugh, & just show us love. It filled my heart with immense gratitude.

These past four years have flown by, and I want to leave you with this: never let anyone tell you what you can’t do.
