Located in North Hollywood, the heart of Los Angeles, The Eighty Eight Studios is a versatile space that can help with all of your rental needs from; rehearsals to full productions; i.e. auditions, castings & filming (videos, TV and film) as well as private dance lessons, private events, and many more possibilities.
The space is 2,500 sqft, with over 30 foot ceilings. The Eighty Eight Studios has a fun vibe with a clean-modern look, yet industrial design. The Eighty Eight Studios offers a top of the line sound system, along with our lighting system providing an array of colorful options, with various lighting possibilities.
AMENITIES
There is a small parking lot that can accommodate up to six cars, with nearby lots as an alternative option. The space offers air conditioning and wifi, as well as a space for hair and makeup. We also have playback equipment.
